Abstract
Ukraine focuses on decentralisation of state government and it needs some mechanisms of realisation. This process can take place in several steps. The article underlines the validity of ideas of social partnership and the creation of a model of state and public governance of education. We speak about the necessity and timeliness of the development and adoption of The Strategy of the Development of National System of State and Private Partnership for 2015-2025". We analyze the problems that arise and offers ways of solve them
