The mechanism of the realization of social, economic and cultural rights and freedom of human and citizenship in Ukraine

Abstract
Introduction. The article deals with the mechanism of the realization of social, economic and cultural rights and freedom of human and citizenship in Ukraine. The actuality of the topic is justified, the terms of scientists to determine the definition of the mechanism of the realization of the rights and freedom of human and citizenship are analyzed. The basic and optional elements of such mechanism are defined and analyzed. The author's definition of the mechanism of the realization of social, economic and cultural rights and freedom of human and citizenship in Ukraine is provided. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to determine the mechanism of realization of social, economic and cultural rights and freedoms of man and citizen in Ukraine, its features and its structural elements. Results. The most effective structure of the mechanism of the realization of social, economic and cultural rights and freedoms of man and citizen in Ukraine should include the following elements: organizational and legal elements, which include: legal norm, a set of legislative acts, public authorities and special items (system of legal guarantees, activity of subjects of legal relations, legality, legal awareness, stages of implementation of rights and freedoms of man and citizen). Conclusion. The mechanism of realization of social, economic and cultural rights and freedoms of man and citizen in Ukraine is understood as the organic system of interconnected elements, which operates on the basis of legal norms, and influencing relevant social relations, has a focus on the provision, implementation, protection and protection of social, economic and cultural rights and freedoms of man and citizen.
