The Mechanisms of Development and Approaches to the Treatment of Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction after Cholecystectomy

Abstract

The paper considers sphincter of Oddi dysfunction in the patients after cholecystectomy. There are described the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of this pathology as well as the items on its therapy. The usage of the medications with combined mechanism of action, particularly Enterospasmil and Holoplant was dwelt.
