The Methodical Approach to Reengineering of System of an Operational Administration by the Basic Manufacture at the Machine Building Enterprises

Abstract
The article suggested methodological approach to the reengineering of the operational management of primary production of machine building enterprises. Proposed sequence is considered an example of operational management reengineering primary production in the enterprise. Based on the analysis of the proposed areas to improve production efficiency of business processes in general.
