The methodological approach to state regulation of investment development of construction industry

Abstract
Based on the theoretical analysis improved methodological principles of adaptive approach to state regulation of investment development of the construction industry, aimed at the development and adoption of best management solutions to ensure stable functioning of the entities in the dynamic development of the market economy. It is shown that the improvement of state regulation of investment associated with the construction industry strategic planning economy. Significant development opportunities are determined to balance extensive and intensive factors intensify the construction industry. Make a balance is subject to local accounting community and industry interests that are realized through capital investment in fixed assets of business entities of the construction industry.
