THE METRICS OF MOTIVATING FACTORS AND ITS IMPACT ON THE VARIABLE PART OF THE SALARY

Abstract

It has been noted that enterprises’ performance in Ukraine mainly depends on the proper usage of the incentives set in real economic conditions. The list of bonuses, allowances and excess fares which are mostly used in modern practice of labour motivation has been presented. 28 incentives indicators which, inauthor’s opinion, have a significant influence on the formation of the variable part of the salary have been chosen on the basis of the analyzed literature and electronic sources. The expert table of the motivating factors metrics has been formed and three groups of indicators have been distinguished according to the frequency of usage, namely: indicators of direct influence, indicators of partial influence, and indicators of possible influence.
