THE MODEL OF ENTERPRISE LOGISTIC SYSTEM

Abstract
Domestic enterprises are forced to work under tight conditions nowadays due to non-perfect socioeconomic policies, high taxes and pressure from competitors. For effective management of the enterprise it is necessary to use systems of innovative enterprise in business. Modern method of solving this problem is an integrated logistic system formation.The logistic system is the interaction of varied structure flows (material, information, finance, labor, etc.), either both among themselves and with the basic structural units of a business entity in order to achieve optimal performance of the company.The paper examines the main factors that determine the behavior of the enterprise logistic system.The aim of this paper is to develop enterprise logistics system, focused on achieving competitive advantages.A model of enterprise logistic system, which allows the company to improve competitive advantages has been developed basing on the analysis of the factors studied.Further study of the model will make it possible to create an optimal control system of the enterprise.
