THE MODEL OF VIABLE SYSTEM OF AN ENTERPRISE INNOVATION ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The model of the system of an enterprise innovation activity management on the basis of the methodological apparatus of cybernetic modeling of viable systems has been suggested. Application of the system approach to the concept of viable systems and more advanced process-oriented approach for improving versatility of the developed model has been substantiated. The system of management of enterprise innovation activity is presented as a subject (metasystem) and object (operating element) of management offered as the basic business processes of the enterprise. The suggested model of the system of an enterprise innovation activity management, developed using the principles of constructing viable systems, allows balancing the needs and possibilities of the enterprise and realizing its potential, ensuring the stability of enterprise operation, implementation of innovations and adaptation to environmental conditions. The system of an enterprise innovation activity management can be applied to any businesses and organizations. By means of this suggested management system decision-makers will be able to make concurrent decisions and implement them in management of enterprise innovation activity at different levels of management.
