The modeling of the electron scattering on the short-range potential in cadmium telluride: ab initio approach
Journal Title: Технічні вісті - Year 2016, Vol 1, Issue 43
Abstract
In the framework of short-range scattering models the calculation of transition probabilities without fitting parameters for electron interaction with polar and nonpolar optical phonons, piezoelectric, acoustic phonons and ionized impurities is presented. The temperature dependences of electron mobility and Hall factor in the range 10 / 1210 K are calculated. It is shown that the short-range scattering models more qualitatively and quantitatively describe the experiment comparing with long-range scattering models.
