THE MODERN WORLD AND ITS WAR

Abstract
Determinant military development of the state is the condition, and improvement of weapons and military equipment. This armed struggle to determine the areas of design, development and manufacture of modern weapons and military equipment that will effectively solve problems that are faced by the armed forces in the course of their functionality. A retrospective look at the evolution of the art of war shows that the trajectory of its development is the development of space expanding, which is the armed struggle, the strategy general battle at one point in the era of the Napoleonic wars and linear strategy in the second half of XIX – early XX century to old operations on the continental theater of operations before and during the Second World War and on to volume (aerospace, ground and air-land-sea) operations at the beginning of the XXI century. One of the main trends of armed struggle is the growing importance of information continuum. Formed qualitatively new sphere – the information that has significant differences that fundamentally distinguish it from the systems of other components of the environment – is inexhaustible and fullness of information resources, the ability to quickly copy, move in large volumes virtually no loss of speed and at great distances, compact sources and media, instant but bloodless reaction (feedback) information on the areas identified is hard (the sources) and influence others. The feature information confrontation is that it is constantly transition from latent to open confrontation phase information is carried out quickly because of the huge arsenal of capabilities «dual use» of information available in the field of a state, which may them used to achieve their goals. The main trends of armed struggle are the following: expansion of the space continuum hostilities; creating and growing use of the information continuum; changing logical-time constructing the armed struggle; strengthening deductive and inductive weakening of connections and relationships armed struggle; organization and conduct of the armed struggle in real time; the growing gap in the capabilities of weapons and defense. Experience modern wars shows that their successful conduct based primarily on two components – a modern military equipment and professionally trained armed forces. Create advanced information weapons, precision weapons of destruction and long-range weapons, which uses different physical principles engage manpower and equipment of the enemy – a general line of equipping the army and navy with modern means of warfare that requires serious investment in defense science and production.
