THE MOST FAVOURED NATION PRINCIPLE IN TARIFF REGULATION OF FOREIGN TRADE ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article investigates the content of the principle of most favored nation in tariff regulation of foreign trade activity. In the article questions of the name of the phenomenon, conditions of its emergence and development, and the concept of “like product” are investigated. Exceptions to this principle that are allowed by the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade have been analyzed.
