THE NATURAL RESOURCES - A SUBJECT FOR LARGE INTERNATIONAL DEBATES

Abstract

In the last decade, in the process of formulating the foreign affairs policy, world states had to pay a larger attention to the issues connected with the natural resources. The main reasons: both developed economies anf the ones on this way depend more and more on the energetic resources, so their exhaustion is a real phenomenon. Under these circumstances, having natural resources, disposing and using them, especially the energetic ones, represents a tension and cri- sis source, even a conflictual one. That is why natural resources are largly debated at international level. These discussion intend to solve out the issues connected with the resources’ disposal and their division.
