The necessity for the introduction of financial controlling in a bank

Abstract
This article deals with the appointment of banking controlling. The theoretical basis of nature of controlling of banking. The expediency of using controlling activities in order to create a system of effective management of credit institutions was justified. Author analyzed the objective reasons, causing the need for the active implementation of the elements of the banking system of controlling the practice of domestic banking institutions management. This is due to several reasons: large number of bankruptcies, and revocation of licenses of commercial banks; weak coverage in the literature of the unity of opposites and the interests of owners and management of banks.
