The need for the improvement of financing regulations for enterprises from the Business Environment of SMES

Abstract
In the following article, the author has attempted to explain the need and some specific characteristics of the financing regulations of the SME business environment, which has been little researched so far, as there are no new regulations and new concepts in the field. This article provides a characteristic of the specialized literature on the legal nature of the financing of enterprises from the spectrum of business environment of SMEs in Russia, Romania, Republic of Moldova, under historical and actual aspect, according to which the author analyzing the various opinions of different doctrinaires reaches a series of conclusions. The article mentions that at the international level, several attempts have been made to create a unified law regime for financing businesses in the business environment of SMEs. It also proposes the creation of the same unified law regime in the Republic of Moldova, as well as the finalization of the legislation on financing
