THE NEED OF A GLOBAL SECURITY THEORY
Journal Title: Impact Strategic - Year 2008, Vol 27, Issue 2
Abstract
The paper presents the arguments in support of conceiving a new theory as a basis of the national and/or global security strategies intervening in the social organizations with the purpose to stop the degradation of the human condition and of the environment and to transform the human social existance into a state of security. These studies and strategies approach people not as simple objects, but as subjects of security actions who must be well informed and get a proper social culture. Consequently, the socializing processes included in the mentioned strategies must be directed by educators able to explain the connections between the existance of the social organizations and the state of surrounding environment of the planet.
