Abstract
The monograph presents an analysis of the process of becoming an employee of an industrial enterprise. The study was based on participant observation and interviews free. Was used for data analysis methodology of grounded theory. The author describes and analyzes the everyday life of employees of an industrial plant. It describes the rituals interactive ritual flirting Staff organizational stories and other cultural elements studied institution.
