THE NOTION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF RAIDING WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF RELATED NOTIONS OF TAKEOVER AND SEIZURE OF PROPERTY

Abstract
The present article is concerned with the correlation of such notions as raiding, hostile takeover and seizure of property. As a result of comparative investigation of different points of view for this subject the author defines notion of raiding and it’s characteristics as well as notions of takeover and seizure of property. Also author considers classifications of takeovers and seizures of property and determines raiding as a kind of takeovers and seizures of property.
