Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of determining the objective side of a crime under art. 414 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and its constituent elements. Various existing definitions of the objective side of this crime are given. Also it was proposed to make certain changes to exclude ambiguous points of view on its interpretation.
