Abstract
In this study the researcher has taken the opinion of the students of Arts and Science colleges in Tamil Nadu, influence of the stakeholders (sources) in imparting the employability skills by using the t-test and the students are clustered as different groups based on their attitude in utilizing the skills by applying factor analysis.
