THE ORDER OF APPLICATION OF THE MATERIAL LIABILITY OF PUBLIC SERVANTS

Abstract
Problem setting. This research study aims to analyze and study the complex features of the main problems that occur in the application of liability to public servants under the labor laws of Ukraine. Target of research. Will contribute to achieving this goal in the process of scientific inquiry request to related areas of law, the analysis points of view of experts and scientists have already studied this problem (P. S. Butov, I. J. Kiselyova, Y. A. Kuznetsov, N. A. Melnychuk) as well as study the existing provisions of legal acts of Ukraine. Article’s main body. The article analyzes the features formed in Ukraine by the application of liability for civil servants in accordance with labor legislation. Special attention is given in the article the problems that occur in the practice of bringing state officials to that responsibility as well as the formulation of practical recommendations aimed at solving the main problems of liability of civil servants, which could be considered as part of the ongoing reforms to date labor legislation in our country. Conclusions and prospects for the development. So, summing up the above, it should be noted that the order of application of the liability to civil servants in our country until now not resolved comprehensively.
