THE ORGANIZATION OF THE COOPERATIVE PROCESS

Abstract
In the article is described the organization of the cooperative process in the countryside. There is posted the strategy of the agricultural cooperation and its effective implementation would be the best to exercise in the form of "road map", measures and actions which belong to steer to address priority problems, the main ones are: lack of sufficient aggregate-producers of agricultural products, potentially able to organize themselves in cooperative shapes; the presence in farmers welfare rejection of joint economic feasibility and rejection of cooperative thinking as a sign of distrust in the socio-economic transformations and manifestation of opportunistic behavior; lack of development infrastructure of the agrarian sector of the market, hindering the organizational development and limits the potential of innovative financial and agricultural cooperation as a socio-economic process; organization of modern agricultural market with a high level of monopolization in which the expansion of production and increase its marketability in households is limited due to the high level of monopoly purchase price, which restricts economic base of spread entrepreneurship among the rural population, the development of farming, and destroys the preconditions for the development of agricultural cooperatives; insufficient institutionalization process of co-operation in the village, which is sporadic and requires significant efforts to enhance its efficiency and sustainability at the national and local levels in order to create a modern model of socio-economic development of rural areas where cooperative forms have played a decisive role in the structure of the economic organization of agricultural sector. Basic methods and ways to solve existing problems that will affect the formation of the environment and the motivation of small agricultural producers to create cooperatives are presented.
