THE ORGANIZATION OF THE STATE CONTROL SYSTEM IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR USING THE EXAMPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Abstract
Ukraine has always been considered as a great agrarian state. Nowadays, the domestic markets of agricultural products as well as export capacities of our country in many respects depend on the production of agricultural sector. The agrarian sector of Ukraine with its basic component – agriculture is included in the national economy, forms the basis for preserving the sovereignty of the state, food, economic, ecological and energy security, ensures the development of technologically related branches of the national economy and forms socio- economic bases of the development of rural areas. In addition to stable ensuring of population by quality, safe, available production, the agricultural sector of Ukraine is undoubtedly able to play an important role at the world stage. Further entry into the world economic space, the strengthening of globalization processes, and the liberalization of trade require adaptation to new conditions, and, accordingly, further improvement of agricultural policy. The Ukrainian agricultural sector with its potential for production that significantly exceeds the needs of the domestic market, is a link that, on the one hand, can become the mechanism of the development of the national economy and its effective integration into the world economic space, and, on the other hand, the growth of incomes involved in the agrarian economy of the rural population, which composes more than a third of the total population of the country, and give the multiplicative effect in the development of other sectors of the national economy. In order to ensure the proper development of agricultural sector of our country, it is important to analyze the examples of countries with a long and positive history of the development of stockbreeding, plant growing, production and its promotion to international markets. Taking into account the experience of the state control system in this industry as well as a high level of development of agricultural production in the United States of America, we consider the structure of the agricultural ministry of this country, its competent authorities, and also make a comparative analysis with a similar system in Ukraine.
