The organizational and legal aspect of the new directions of adaptive sport: international and national context

Abstract
In the article it is drawn the conclusion that social and useful functions of the new directions of adaptive sport (physical rehabilitation; social adaptation of persons with violations; prevention of diseases; promotion of a healthy lifestyle; social advertizing of progressive medical technologies; formation in the society of the positive attitude towards persons with disabilities, to the perspective directions of medical science and practice), the tendencies of their development and a regulation which are gradually covering and the states of the neighboring countries, create prerequisites for legal regulation of this directions of adaptive sport. It is proved that the states have to predetermine development of all possible directions of adaptive sport irrespective of whether they take place in their territory now or not. According to the author, for the purpose of creation persons with disabilities of opportunities, equal with other persons, in the sphere of sport in the national laws ’About Physical Culture and Sport’ need to realize an integrated approach to legal regulation of the new directions of adaptive sport, namely: to bring concepts of transplant sport, the diasport, the onkosport and their definition; to fix the provision on existence and a possibility of development of other directions of adaptive sport; to regulate the right of persons with disabilities on doing adaptive physical culture and available types of adaptive sport within the direction of the adaptive sport corresponding to disability and also on doing physical culture and sport among persons without disabilities; to define the organizations providing development of the new directions of adaptive sport.
