THE OUTLINE OF PRINCIPLE CONCENTRATION PROCESS MATERIAL IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS DE LEGE LATA

Abstract
The aim of this article is to present the normative shape of the principle of concentration process material functioning on the ground of Polish civil procedure. This regulation should ensure, as fast as possible, a conducting proceeding with respect to the postulate making true ndings of fact by the court. e significance and relevance of the researched issue also confirms the fact that this matter has undergone broad modication by the amending Act of 16 September 2011. From this point of view also the practical reasons show the need of analysis of this issue.<br/><br/>
