THE PECULIARITIES OF CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT WITH OWNERS OF COPYRIGHT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the main elements of the author’s contract, the procedure for the conclusion of the author’s contract are specified, characteristic features of its components are established. The specifics of the application of contracts for the creation and use of copyright objects, the peculiarities of the use of contracts on the disposal of property rights on objects of copyright are analyzed. The author pays special attention to the specifics of the procedure for concluding and maintaining contracts, depending on the scope of application, and examines the problems of legal liability for non-fulfillment or improper performance of the said contracts. In addition, attention is drawn to the problems of applying legislation on the procedure for the conclusion of an author’s contract.
