THE PECULIARITIES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF INTERNATIONAL TOURIST’S RELATIONS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE EUROPEAN INTEGRATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the problematic issues in the field of international maritime tourism in Ukraine. It is defined the main directions of the development of international tourism relations in the sphere of legal regulation in the light of the positive foreign legal experience, also the importance of the priority development of marine tourism in Ukraine in the context of European integration is justified.
