The Peculiarities of the concepts “EGOISM” – “ALTRUISM” formation

Abstract
The article deals with the analyses of the formation of concepts “EGOISM” – “ALTRUISM”, that have been defined on the basis of the dictionaries and texts in the Old High German and in the Middle High German according to the actual studies about the given period in literature and philosophy. Special attention is drawn to the analyses of the components of the verbalization in the first periods of the concepts’ formation.
