THE PEDAGOGICAL WORKER’S SELF DEVELOPMEN AS A MAIN CONDITION OF HIS PROFESSIONAL REALIZATION

Abstract

The author identifies approaches to the individual’s self-realization structure. The article outlines the mechanisms that provide professional self-development of the teacher, which include: self-consciousness, self-determination, self-actualization, self-realization, self-action, self-regulation, self-development, self-identification, self-esteem. The emphasis is placed on the fact that professional self-development of the future teacher is characterized by the ability of the student to understand deeply the responsibility for the process of professional development and the ability to regulate it, perceive itself as a subject of professional development. In the structure of readiness for professional self-development, the following components as: motivationalvalue; content-motivational; value-orientation or axiological; world-view; cognitive; praxis organizationalactivity, technological; reflexive; emotional, dialogic; content-evaluation, personal, functional; self-knowledge; self-determination; self-regulation and self-realization are identified.
