There has been a debate between antitrust authorities and academics about determination of appropriate punishment (and other sanctions) which are necessary to prevent antitrust behaviour. Therefore, the aim is to focus to the penalties as well as making performance of more detalied analysis of all the questions that are associated whith the adoped principles and methodology of different antitrust authorities related to determining penalties and sanctions.
