Abstract
This text is a practical analysis of the provisions of the Nature Conservation Act in the administration of administrative monetary penalties for the removal of trees and shrubs without the required permit with special emphasis on the case-law of the administrative courts. The document addresses to the entities that have the potential penalty may be imposed, the burden of proof in this respect authority and the procedure penalties.<br/><br/>
