Abstract
The article examines the legal norm as one of the forms of law actualization. Its place and role in regulating social relations, und the nature of interaction with a person have been determined. The approaches of scientists to the peculiarities of reproduction of law in the norm are analyzed. The basic criteria of the legal nature of the norm are established.
