The place and role of controlling in the management of integrated systems

Abstract
The subject of the study is to determine the place and role of controlling in the management of integrated systems. The purpose of the study is to justify the place of controlling in the management of networks. Research methods. In the work the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of analysis and synthesis, the comparative method, the method of data generalization are used. Results of work. In the paper the main essential characteristics of management are defined; the definition of the term «management» is formulated. The views of domestic and foreign researchers on the problem of determining the place of controlling in the management of networks are analyzed. Conclusions. The results of the study were as follows. The place of controlling in the management of integrated systems is determined. The key points to be taken into account in determining the place of control in the management of integrated systems are highlighted.
