The place of «competencies» and «labor potential» concepts in the system of youth employment regulation

Abstract
The article explored the relationship between the concepts of "competence" and "labor potential" within the formation of the social economy in Ukraine in the light of the problems of youth employment. Author researched the content of concepts and the levels of labor potential of young people formation. Author improved the economic model of labor potential.
