THE POLITENESS MARKERS IN THE HOTELAND RESTAURANT DISOURSE

Abstract

The article deals with the politeness category in the hotel and restaurant discourse. Politeness is the integral part of the hotel and restaurant communication, it is aimed at creating the emotional connection with the recipient. Politeness as the subject of the scientific studies is connected to the culture of the language and the etiquette. We’ve singled out the main strategies of positive politeness of the language personality of the waiter and the hotel receptionist. The studied strategies stipulate the process of positive communicative interaction.
