Abstract
The article is dedicated to up-to-dateness of involving a woman into Ukrainian policy, as well as peculiarities of feminine outlook, due to which complementarity with masculine world-view occurs, especially managerial decision making. Basic western feminist conceptions that are able to transform gender stereotypes in Ukraine.
