THE POSSIBILITY OF IMPLEMENTING ASYMMETRIC ASSESSMENT OF EVIDENCE IN THE CRIMINAL COURT OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the essence of the conception of “asymmetry of the rules of evidence admissibility” in criminal justice. With the same aim the admissibility of evidence as one of its qualities is studied, as well as its correlation with the relevance and credibilityis analyzed. The conclusion concerning the possibility of asymmetrical approach to evaluation of exculpatory evidence is substantiated.
