The Possibility of providing evidence without access to court in the civil process of Ukraine

Abstract
The article analyzes the possibility of providing evidence for a civil process that is not relate to the application to a court. The competence of various bodies and subjects in obtaining and fixing evidence analyzed. An attempt to determine the limits and nature of information that a person can obtain without access to a court made.
