THE PRINCIPLE OF “TRANSPARENCY” AS A FUNDAMENTAL AND CROSSCUTTING IN THE ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN UKRAINE AND THE EU

Abstract
The article investigates the provisions on transparency in the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the Europe- an Union. Structure of the provisions on transparency in the Association Agreement between Ukraine and EU was defined. The basic mechanisms to ensure the transparency of measures of general application were highlighted. It was determined that the implementation of the concept of transparency laid down in the Association Agreement will have a great impact on the legal system of Ukraine. A comparative analysis of securing transparency provisions was provided in the agreements between EU and Ukraine and Moldova.
