THE PROBLEM OF DETERMINING THE SUBJECT OF THE LEGAL REGIME OF LABOR LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is dedicated to defining the legal regime subject in the employment law of Ukraine. The current trends in the employment law development indicate a gradual expansion of its operation boundaries, the inclusion of new relations and actors in its sphere of influence. On the example of labor relations, arising from non-standard forms of employment, it is substantiated that the subject of the specified regime should include relations that refer to labor ones by their characteristics, but in fact they have not yet been recognized by legislation.
