The problem of identification of the concept “psychologist” in criminal proceedings

Abstract
The article deals with the problems related to the identification of the concept of “psychologist” in criminal proceedings. Some types of professional activity of psychologists are revealed. It is concluded that there is a need for differentiation in the choice of a psychologist for his participation in criminal proceedings.
