THE PROBLEM OF IMPROVING THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL MECHANISM FOR PROTECTING THE RIGHTS OF EMPLOYEES

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific views of scientists, the problem of improving the organizational and legal mechanism of protection of the rights of hired workers is considered. It is stressed that one of the key problems in this area is the lack of meaningful and clear legal regulation of procedural legal relations in the resolution of labor disputes. It is substantiated that the importance of this issue is due to the fact that the actual practical implementation of material law-enforcement and human rights relations is largely determined by the procedural rules that constitute the dynamic component of the legal-legal bloc of the specified organizational and legal mechanism.
