THE PROBLEM OF LEADERSHIP ON BOARD THE VESSEL IN THE SCIENTIFIC THEORY AND PRACTICE

Abstract
The article analyzes of national and international scientific literature devoted to the problem of leadership. The article studies scientific approaches to the problem of leadership (including on board the ship). Leadership skills are defined as components of leadership. The further research perspectives of leadership skills of maritime officers are outlined.
