THE PROBLEM OF TERMINOLOGICAL DEFINING OF FREEDOM OF BELIEF CONFESSION IN UKRAINE: CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article is dedicated to improving the conceptual apparatus in the sphere of human religious beliefs. The excess amount of the basic concepts of religion laws and their inconsistency with the rules of constitutional law lead to the disagreement in the interpretation of the concept of “freedom of belief confession”. Indicates the absence of consolidation of “freedom of belief confession” in national legislation. The views of scientists who distinguish such basic concepts as freedom of conscience, worldview and religion are given. In addition it shows the expediency of the delimitation of these concepts and the need to consolidate the freedom of belief confession in national legislation.
