The Problem of Using the Interactive Training Methods in Teaching Ukrainian Language and Literature: the Theoretical Aspect

Abstract
The article deals with the interactive training methods of teaching Ukrainian language and literature. It is investigated, that they are an important part of improving students' communication skills. Based on the analysis of scientific literature and methodological support of teaching Ukrainian language and literature the author states that textbooks and resource books direct teachers' work to systematicity, consistency, continuity and perspective in teaching language and literature. It is proved that the use of interactive teaching methods promotes the development of students' communication skills, their cognitive functions, establishing emotional contact between the participants of the educational process. Interactive teaching methods are very effective and encourage students to think, compare, analyze language and speech material comprehensively, and organize it to specify their own examples, practical use, transfer skills and expertise. It was found out that the effective use of interactive teaching methods in high school has an important consideration for linguo-didactic principles, including regularities and principles of Ukrainian language and literature teaching and communicative-activity, cognitive functional and stylistic, social and cultural approaches to learning.
