THE PROBLEMS OF IMPROVING MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTUAL ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The peculiarities of the governance of international contractual activity at modern enterprises of Ukraine are considered. The authors analyze the existing methodological approaches to the assessment of international contract activity effectiveness. The expediency of the strategic development of international contractual activity of the enterprise, and recommendations on the formation of effective model of managing foreign trade contracts using the tools of correlation and regression, canonical analysis, probit models and logit models is substantiated. In the context of the world economy globalization and direction of Ukrainian economy to Euro integration, the main task of each Ukrainian enterprise, engaged in international contract management, is to create an effective statistically significant model, which should allow to define prospects of the enterprise further development and highlight its weaknesses, the leveling of which will allow to increase contract activities efficiency. The developed model of managing international contract activity usually consists of several types of tests, which are interrelated and based on the results of the company operations. Based on the existing methodological approaches to the assessment of international contractual activity effectiveness, the authors developed and proposed an algorithm to justify feasibility of the strategic development of international contract activities. The relevance of such models’ implementation is due to the significant increase of competition, caused by a large-scale globalization process that stimulates continuous development of international activities. In this regard, each entity needs good understanding of prospects for the development of foreign economic activities and continuously optimize contract management, raising and leveling the existing shortcomings accompanying the process of the contract execution. That is, modern model of managing international contractual activity should, first and foremost, be the instrument by which the company can ensure the sustainable development of foreign trade through the implementation of activities with the aim of improving contract activities efficiency.
