THE PROBLEMS OF TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue of the young teachers’ development. The maturity to solve teaching objectives – is the criterion of successful pedagogue’s professional formation. The process of teachers’ maturity (conditions, peculiarities and difficulties) to solve teaching objectives has been investigated.
