The problems of the reformation of the local budgets of Ukraine in the conditions of the budget decentralization

Abstract
The present article is dedicated to the research of the role of the local budgets in development of the regions of the country, the analysis of features of the forming of the income part of the local budgets and determination of the main directions of the improvement of funding mechanism for territorial unions in the conditions of the budget decentralization.
