THE PROCESS OF FORMATION POSTINDUSTRIAL SOCIETY OF LABOR POTENTIAL

Abstract
The article considers the problems of social capital. The development processes of labor resources, creative activity and economy of knowledge are studied in the paper. Attention is drawn to the need of development of mechanisms to motivate high creative workforce. The research of individual and collective human consciousness, which is the main factor of social and economic transformation of society is carried out at the system level. The factors of social, economic, organizational and legal measures for the forma¬tion of labor potential of society were proposed.
