Adaptation to the changes which occur in the spheres mentioned in the following lines constitutes the challenge. The changes refer to the following spheres: economical, technological, international or legal and political. It requires systematic and comprehensive organisation development, which becomes possible due to the use of The Management Model of the Polish Quality Award which is perceived as a tool optimising the quality of functioning and development of an organisation. The use of the model’s criteria as a tool supporting development and mistake correction gives a chance to gain competitive predominance of an organisation.
