THE PROSPECTS OF SOCIOLIZATION OF LEGAL SYSTEM IN UKRAINE

Abstract
This abstract aims to provide convincing evidence for the rationality of existence of social law in the legal system of the state as the most effective and realistic mechanism for the limitation of state power. Here the value of ideas of social law and their impact on reform processes which Ukraine is currently going through is being evaluated. The need for the transformation of legal system in anthropological direction in Ukraine is being proved. The rationality of formation of the relevant structure of legal system, which in its constitutional framework would encompass two groups of branches of law – state (public) and social (private), is demonstrated. This legal system will facilitate the implementation of sovereign power of people in Ukraine and full-fledged cooperation of government and society.
